I got these bands a few years ago. I think doing covid and the resistance is still as strong as day one. The fabric is very study and stylish. I've been threw many of those rubber resistance bands and burned threw them. But these have out lasted. My go 2 exercise for them is the glute bridges. I started with the light resistance and worked my way up. The first place I noticed the difference was the tone in my abs believe it or not. Very good investment. Especially for the price

OMG I was so surprised as to how many of these smoothies were delicious! I’m a very picky eater(I don’t like nothing lol) but these smoothies were tasteful and made me full. It helped my system reset and I felt amazing!! Several of them I can now make on a regular basis! I highly recommend giving the 10 day smoothies a try!!
