Refund policy
No Refunds, exchange in the form of a store credit only. Our Policy last for 15 days. Once 15 days has expired since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a store credit. Shipping cost/taxes are non-refundable. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed, original tags, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odor or wear, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include: Items purchased with a Discount Code, Sale Items, Downloaded Products, Gift Cards, jewelry accessories, Any Health and Personal Items.
To Process Your Return: We require a proof of purchase and or receipt. Once we have received item you wish to return, we will issue an exchange in the form of a store credit within 2-3 business days excluding taxes and shipping cost.

Gifts: If item was marked as a gift during checkout you will receive a store credit only.
Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Discount codes cannot be manually applied to an order. Please read all descriptions and check your order before submitting.
Where to send return: Fit and Fyne Apparel 9221 Forest Ave Richmond, VA 23225 you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item.
If you are shipping a return item(s) over $75 please consider insurance and tracking as we can’t guarantee we will receive your return.
*Fit and Fyne Apparel reserves the right to refuse any item returned and not in accordance with the Return Policy.
