Animal Instinct Resistance Bands

I got these bands a few years ago. I think doing covid and the resistance is still as strong as day one. The fabric is very study and stylish. I've been threw many of those rubber resistance bands and burned threw them. But these have out lasted. My go 2 exercise for them is the glute bridges. I started with the light resistance and worked my way up. The first place I noticed the difference was the tone in my abs believe it or not. Very good investment. Especially for the price

These are very strong and sturdy material. High quality. Great for that extra resistance doing workouts or perform the included workout to shape up 🍑

These BANDS are everything good QUALITY, they stay in place Don't roll up Like the ones I bought at TARGET and my husband love them as well.
