Shay changed (Saved) my life. I signed up for her virtual training program September 2020. In the thick of the pandemic, I was doubtful of virtual training but I figured what the heck. Nothing else to do in this pandemic. I started at 265 and noticed within a month I was in the 250's then like 245 the 3rd month. And from there my life shifted. And by the summer ppl were asking me if I was an Instagram model lol. Shay was always my biggest fan. So understanding she took the fat that I suffered from major depression anxiety and autoimmune issues with joint and muscle inflammation seriously. She worked me hard, but she always recognized my limitations and moved at my pace. I'm not bragging bcuz I'm ashamed of this. But I reached my fitness goals thru exercise with Shay alone. I didn't do any changes to my diet bcuz I suffer from an anxiety eating disorder that causes me to binge eat junk. And prevents me from preparing my own meals bcuz I tremble with such anxiety at the thought of shopping, prepping, cooking food. Shay was always patient she didn't judge me. And allowed me to work thru it my own way with my therapist. I've battled this for many years and most trainers would get frustrated with me on the dieting and give up on me. Shay never gave up on me. In fact, she helped me celebrate all of my victories no matter how small of large. I love Shay bcuz she has been there for my both in my fitness, emotionally and in prayer thru my entire transformation. She watched me breakdown after losing so many loved ones back to back. She watched me fall of the band wagon and get right back on. I love Shay so much. And I will start my saying that it's me in her before and after photo. I started at 265 and by the 3rd month I was at 245. And that's without dieting but I'm not proud of that. Just imagine where I could be if I got the dieting together. But let's not forget that within 6 or 7 months people were asking of I was a Instagram model bcuz I was toning up so fast. I wish she had posted one of those pics too. 🤣🤣 But Shay is always so modest and don't like tooting her own horn. Shay is the greatest. And she saved my life. Oh yeah, I forgot I was pre-diabetic when I first started and no where close to that now.
